1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product is incorrect or does not match the order.

Since our carpets are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or size (up to 5%) are natural and not considered defects.

Please note: Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • The return must include all original tags, labels, and invoices.

  • Custom-made or personalized carpets are non-returnable unless defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or size, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, the production or dispatch process may have begun, and cancellation might not be possible.
