Exchange Policy

At Affo International Carpet Industry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade carpets. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards. Please note that we operate under a strict exchange-only policy; we do not offer returns or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only permitted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product is incorrect or does not match your order.

Note on Handcrafted Variations: Since our carpets are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or size (up to 5%) are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

2. Exchange Process & Timeline

To maintain the highest quality standards, all exchange requests must be initiated promptly:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Custom-made or personalized carpets are strictly non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the production or dispatch process has begun, and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.
